The last day of Spring Break proved to be the sunniest, although not the warmest. I was feeling a bit guilty about not doing anything special with the kiddos over break, so I headed out a couple hours early to have some outside fun. We decided to bike downtown to meet Ole after work for an appetizer and beer at Flat Branch Pub and Brewing. I love that we can hop on the newly renovated MKT trail and arrive downtown in about 20 minutes, and not have to go through a single traffic signal. A year or so ago a tunnel under Providence road was opened, bypassing the rather busy intersection of Stewart and Providence.
