Composting 101

I had no idea some of these things can be composted.http://www.plantea.com/compost-materials.htm Elmer's Glue? Milk? I thought dairy was a no-no in the compost heap, but apparently it is ok in small amounts. Pumpkin seeds? How bout the entire pumpkin and then discovering the following spring after you have planted your garden that you mysteriously have a stray pumpkin plant in the bunch. Hmmm. And coffee grounds - I'll be sure to dump mine in each morning.
