Christmas morning the girls were beyond thrilled to find that Santa left the family a laptop computer, complete with wireless DSL(thank you Santa, dial-up was getting a bit old). So thrilled in fact that Erika woke up at 2:00 to use the bathroom and peeked into the living room. Beneath the tree, in the light of the full moon she spied the laptop. She didn't sleep the rest of the night. We insisted they wait until at least 6 to get up, so Erika lay in bed with us talking and generally keeping us up. She ended up going to her room and reading. They got some really cool other things too, a soap making kit, beading supplies, and a stained glass kit.

God Jul! Feliz Navidad! Merry Christmas!
