Missouri Lobster Boil

Annika wasn't quite certain about trying the tasty crayfish at first. My brother and nephew caught a mess of crayfish in the Current river over Memorial Day weekend and all the campers in our group reaped the benefits of their labor. There are several different varieties of crayfish in Missouri - more than I would have thought. http://mdc.mo.gov/nathis/arthopo/crayfish/varcraw.htm I'm not certain, but I think the ones caught were mainly Golden Crayfish. Tasty little critters.
